We all different reason for booking a photoshoot session, maybe its to celebrate a new horse, a millstone in your riding journey, or to have some cherished memories to last a lifetime .

lets face it they don’t live long enough and we need to remember them.

The Experience

Sessions aim to capture the special partnership, and those moments that words just cannot describe between you and your equine friend.

Fully guided and tailored to you. My goal is to create a comfortable and memorable experience for you both.  I will arrive prior to your session so I have time to get to know you and your horse before the camera comes out.

From the beginning to the end, I will help guide you through the process, from choosing a location, selecting you outfit and creating artwork for your walls. You will have the choice of image collections to suit your budget, with print and product credit, because your memories are more than a Facebook profile pic.

If you are after more artwork or keepsake items, you will be able to purchase these and further print products, canvases and artwork via your private online gallery.

After your session, expect a few sneak peeks! Your final online gallery will be ready 3-4 weeks.

Pricing

Session Fee $225

The $225 session fee is your session deposit, it secures your chosen date and time. It also covers my time and talent prior to our session, photographing your session, and editing your images. This fee is required to reserve your date and is non-refundable. 

Each session includes:

  • Pre Session consult

  • prep guide

  • a private online viewing gallery.

  • use of studio halters and bridles (limited sizes)

  • Travel 1hr form Bacchus marsh

  • Artwork consultation.

To this you purchase prints or digitals to your budget.

While some of us prefer just digital images to keep, other like to see artwork on their walls.

Print Products

Your gallery will be live and ready for viewing 3-4 weeks after your session, when you receive your online gallery you also have access to your own personalized online store.

You can purchase a wide range of products including fine art prints, framed prints, canvases and much more all produced by the most experienced and professional photo labs in the country and are of the highest quality.
Custom orders products are also available upon request.

 FAQs

  • All sessions include a selection of fully edited images delivered digitally in an online gallery, the time for your session and the postproduction editing, use of studio bridles and halters and depending on the session you have chosen you may also include prints.

  • Paying for your session is simple, once we have worked out the date of your session, a $100 non refundable deposit secures your date.

    You will have access to your own client portal where you can pay your deposit and sign the session contract .

    The remaining balance is due at the time of your session. payments can be made by credit card, PayPal or cash. Payment plans are also available

  • You will receive a link via email to your personal online viewing gallery, typically around is 3-4 weeks after your session. Your gallery is password protected so no one else can see your images. From your gallery you can download images and purchase products/prints.

  • Yes, I love seeing images ive created on social media! Though it would be great if you could credit Journey Equestrian Photography if you do.
